2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200 First Look
The Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200 uses a 90-degree V-Twin. Uses four valves per cylinder, dual overhead cams and twin spark ignition. Passengers can control the output with three settings preset (Sport, Touring, Rain). Sport mode provides strong access to the full power of the spread of an alleged 130 horsepower (at 8700 rpm). Touring also uses the maximum power, but acts to smooth delivery. Rain cuts to 100 horsepower for better ridability in low adherence. Fuel is served from the fuel tank and four-liter cylinders with the throttle Ride oversquare by-wire fuel injection through the double butterfly valves.

With so many horses in the Dorsoduro 1200 tap the brake needs can drag yourself down to the speed limits. Brembo four-piston radial squeeze down into two 320 mm floating discs up front and a single 240 mm disc and single piston unit covers the rear Brembo. ABS and traction control are available as options. Photos of the bike shoes have 17-inch tires Pirelli Diablo Corsa III.

Recalls the SXV chassis with an array of low-two-tone cast aluminum alloy frame and a tubular steel trellis on top. 43mm front suspension fork is fully adjustable Sachs with 6.3 inches of wheel travel. Sachs also suspends the rear with a severe blow commission that is on the right side. That is also adjustable in preload, rebound and compression and allows 6.1 inches of rear wheel travel. Having the side crash leaves room for the exhaust to sweep up in a couple of cans of mass subcaudal
